Anderson Kill & Olick establishes Vermont office
Law firm, Anderson Kill & Olick, known primarily for representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, has announced that it will open a new office in Burlington, Vermont to better service the captive insurance industry.
The new office will focus on insurance recovery, particularly on behalf of captives embroiled in disputes with their reinsurance providers.
The office will be headed up by Michael Gilinsky and will work in conjunction with Anderson Kill & Olick’s alternative risk and captive insurance group, led by Phil England and composed of six attorneys located in California, Connecticut, New York and Vermont.
