Capstone appoint new SVP

Capstone Associated has announced the appointment of Melinda Genitempo as senior vice president, with a focus on providing captive insurance solutions to mid-market companies.

Prior to joining Capstone, Genitempo served as director of client planning & strategies at Doeren Mayhew in Houston Texas. She will stay in the Lone Star state for her new role.

Commenting on her appointment, Genitempo says: “I am delighted to have joined Capstone Associated as senior vice president. I am working with my new team to establish new, dynamic initiatives.”

Since 1998, Capstone has established more than 140 captive insurance companies, specialising in 831(B) formations.

Genitempo continues: “As part of my orientation and onboarding, I was brought up to speed on the various ancillary benefits that come along with owning your own captive.
