Crawford & Company names international president


Crawford & Company, a provider of claims management solutions to insurers and self-insured entities, has appointment Kieran Rigby as president of international, based in London.

Reporting directly to Andrew Robinson, global chief operating officer, Rigby will be responsible for growing the international business, which encompasses the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America regions.

Rigby previously served as CEO of GAB Robins UK, until the company was acquired by Crawford in 2014. He then served as CEO for Crawford Europe and Latin America.

In this new role, Rigby will assume additional responsibility for the Asia-Pacific and UK regions, and will serves on Crawford's global executive management team.

He succeeds Ian Muress, who held the position of CEO of international for 16 years.
