Dixon Hughes Goodman promotes captive specialist

Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG), a public accounting and advisory firm, has appointed Brian Kilbane as office managing partner of its Florida Office, which primarily serves the insurance industry.

Kilbane has more than 15 year of experience in the insurance industry, and most recently served as a partner at DHG.

Within DHG, he had led domestic and international insurance audits with issues within property and casualty, captive insurance, life, reinsurance and catastrophe insurance companies.

Prior to DHG, he served as senior manager at Deloitte.

Kilbane also co-leads DHG’s captive insurance services group, and is an active speaker at various industry conferences.

David Evans, managing partner of DHG’s South Region, said: “We are very excited about Brian moving to Tampa Bay and leading our practice there. Brian delivers a high-touch, value-added approach, both in mentoring our internal team and in serving clients, which has directly contributed to growing our insurance practice nationwide.”
