Generali Employee Benefits bolsters exec management team


Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) has appointed Eric Butler, Roland Raad and Thierry Mestach to its executive management team.

Butler will lead GEB's healthcare and wellness department, and joins with over 25 years of experience in international medical insurance. He spend the last three years as vice president of global health and wellness with MetLife.

Raad will lead the newly created personal accident and business travel insurance department, and joins from AXA. He will oversee GEB’s expansion into this new market, leveraging its core assets and the integration with Generali owned Europe Assistance.

Mestach will head up the network management and partnerships department. He has over 19 years of senior management experience gained in various roles at AXA and the MAXIS Network. As part of his role in the GEB Headquarters in Brussels, Mestach will leverage his experience in managing a global network to steer Generali initiatives.
