JLT Towner boosts captive team


JLT Towner Insurance Management, a JLT Company, has made three captive hires.

Dustin Partlow, now a senior account manager, has been an audit manager focusing on alternative risk-financing companies for six years.

Based in Vermont, Partlow most recently held a position at Johnson Lambert, where he was responsible for overseeing audits of captive insurance companies, risk retention groups, reciprocals and government risk pools.

Jacqueline Dante and Richard Codling will also take on positions as account managers.

Dante, who will be based in South Carolina, has a wealth of accounting and business management experience, most recently working for MIL Corporation where she was responsible for reporting on the US Department of State’s worldwide fixed assets.

Codling has over 25 years’ experience in the sector, most recently as a captive insurance account administrator for Marsh Management Services, where he was responsible for providing captive insurance accounting services for clients. He will also be based in Vermont.
