Marsh appoints new global captive president

Marsh has appointed Chris Lay as president of its global captive solutions business, with a focus on driving growth across the business’ current operations and future platform.

Lay will be based in London and will begin in his new role from July 1.

Commenting on Lay’s appointment John Drzik, president of Marsh’s global risk and specialties division says:  “Chris’ proven leadership abilities, relationship-building skills, and business development experience uniquely position him to lead Marsh’s Captive Solutions business in its next stage of growth and development.”
