MAXIS GBN bolsters leadership team following London move

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN), an employee benefits venture between MetLife and AXA, has made a series of appointments to its global leadership team following its relocation to its new London headquarters.

Jerome Picon has been appointed as head of finance and operations, and joins AXA Bank Europe, where he had been chief financial officer and executive board member for its Hungarian branch.

Patsy Langridge has been appointed as global director of marketing and communications, and previously held senior marketing positions in the asset management industry for BMO Global Asset Management, M&G Investments and HSBC Global Asset Management.

Both Picon and Patsy will join CEO Mauro Dugulin, head of business development Andrew Stock, and Matthias Helmbold, head of technical and services, in forming the team.

Furthermore Leena Johns has been promoted to head of health and wellness.

This leadership restructure is part of MAXIN GBN’s major investment programme in staff, technology, branding and product development, as the company looks to capitalise on demand for employee benefit solutions from multinationals.

“As MAXIS GBN looks to become the leading employee benefits network it is only right that we have the best management team in place,” Dugulin commented.

“I’m delighted to be able to announce the appointment of Jerome, Patsy’s promotion to the leadership team and Leena’s promotion to head of health and wellness. Each has the extensive experience and market knowledge needed to help us fulfil our growth aspirations in 2017 and our commitment to deliver the best service and products for our global member insurance firms and our mutual clients.”
