O’Conner appointed as Aon Risk’s chief operating officer

Aon has announced that Michael O’Conner will take over the role of chief operating officer for the firm’s risk management solutions business, including Aon Risk Solutions and Aon Benfield, effective immediately.

O’Conner joined Aon in 2008 and previously held the role of chief operating officer for Aon Risk Solutions. He will remain a member of the Aon Executive Committee.
