O’Mahony joins Marsh Cayman

Kieran O’Mahony has joined Marsh’s Captive Solutions Group in Grand Cayman as client services leader.

In this newly created role, O’Mahony will direct the structuring and management of the captive insurance programs of Marsh’s US, Canadian, and European clients in the Cayman Islands. O’Mahony will report to Clayton Price, Cayman Head of Office.

O’Mahony joins Marsh, after 17 years with Aon, where he was deputy managing director and director of insurance of the firm’s Cayman operations and was also general manager and chief underwriter of its captive centric reinsurer, United Insurance Company.

He is the current vice chairman for the Insurance Managers Association of Cayman.
