StrucSure selects Wilmington as manager

StrucSure Risk Management Group, a provider of warranties and re/insurance products and services, has chosen Wilmington Trust as the new captive manager for its re/insurance companies, Golden Insurance Company, RRG and Four Points Re.

“Our management of Golden Insurance Company, RRG and Four Points Re, SPC, further improves the financial capabilities of those companies and builders can have increased confidence in their management and financial security under this new arrangement.”

OnPoint Underwriting, an insurance programme administrator, will continue to provide underwriting services for Golden Insurance Company, RRG under the new arrangement.
