Montana appoints new captive examiner

Erin Snyder has been promoted to the post of captive insurance financial examiner supervisor at the office of Montana’s Commissioner of Securities & Insurance.

She is based in Helena, Montana. 

Snyder’s role is to manage Montana's captive insurance and risk retention group financial regulatory operations, analysis and examinations.

She joined the Commissioner’s office in August 2021 as financial examiner-in-charge.

Snyder previously worked as an assistant manager internal audit at the HealthCare Service Corporation’s BCBSMT division from September 2018 to May 2022.
