FORTY Under 40 2024 nominations open

Captive International is once again looking to celebrate the best and brightest up-and-coming talent in the industry – the individuals tipped to become the next generation of leaders of the captives sector globally.

For the second year in a row, we are canvassing the industry to help us identify and profile the most proactive, prominent, and respected young leaders in the industry.

Captive International’s 2024 FORTY Under 40 survey is again designed to allow professionals to nominate peers and colleagues who they believe are making their mark – and tell us why. The data generated by this process will be collated and presented to a panel of judges – all experienced and senior figures in the captives industry. They will assess the nominees and determine the final list of individuals to feature in our report.

This list, containing interviews and further insights from those selected, will be published in our FORTY Under 40 Report 2024, which will be available in digital format in May 2024. This report will again be a must-read document for the industry. 

With many senior executives in the captives sector close to retirement, this report will offer a fascinating insight as to who the next generation of leaders might be.
