WTW appoints new captive consulting lead for North America

WTW has appointed Edward Koral as its lead for captive consulting in North America.

Koral joined WTW in 2021 as director of risk and analytics, tasked with delivering world-class analytics to clients risk management and insurance programs and dedicated to improving client outcomes.

He brings over 35 years of experience with captives and alternative risk vehicles to the role, starting his career at Johnson & Higgins, and serving in various consulting and client service capacities at Marsh and Deloitte Consulting.

Koral served for six years on the board of directors of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association, and remains active on its committees. Currently he serves on the faculty of the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE).

He was the 2019 recipient of VCIA’s “Captive Crusader” award, in recognition of his service to the captive industry.
