Expertise

Quality of service. All of our systems, people and resources are exclusively focused on managing insurance companies, principally captives. We are the only captive manager with an insurance management process audited under SSAE18 across all offices. Our customers consistently give us high ratings in our annual customer satisfaction surveys.

Staff expertise. As captives are at the heart of our company, our incentive programs are designed for our captive management and consulting personnel. This puts our client account teams at the center of our firm, not the periphery. This has allowed us to hire the best in the business. Mike leads Strategic Risk Solutions’ consulting practice providing feasibility studies, financial analysis, and strategic reviews for single parent, cell, and group captive programs. His captive consulting experience has been at the forefront of some of the industry’s major innovations including the first DOL approval to insure employee benefits in captives and the creation of the world’s first series LLC captive.

Peter is the CEO of SRS Europe and is responsible for the driving the firm's expansion into various European captive domiciles. Peter joined SRS in 2021 and has worked with captive clients from industries as diverse as travel, finance, mining, legal, hospitality, printing, logistics and aviation. He has also delivered services to commercial insurers and reinsurers as well as Insurance Linked Security vehicles.

Ron is the President of the global firm. He will focus on the operations side of SRS heading up the internal financial, operations, human resources, and information technology teams. He has been with SRS for 18 years, most recently as the CEO of SRS Cayman. There he worked with his team to establish SRS as the leading captive manager in that domicile.
