Willis Towers Watson expands its benefit financing team in New York

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has expanded its benefit financing team in North America with the appointment of Paul McNiff as director in its global services and solutions consulting business in the New York office.

McNiff consults with employers in all areas of global benefit financing and, specifically, employee benefit captives.  He has been with WTW for over 12 years, most recently as a consulting actuary.

Mark Cook, senior director of global services and solutions at WTW, praised McNiff’s extensive expertise consulting on employee benefit captives and global benefits. He said this will be invaluable in growing the business, “particularly as more companies explore and implement captive insurance vehicles for employee benefits as part of a wider integrated risk management program.”
