AssuredPartners has appointed Nick Napolitano as captives practice leader. Napolitano joins AssuredPartners with over 10 years of experience in the insurance and sales management industry where he most recently was a successful national sales leader at M&T Bank while also running two offices and retaining a $2.5 million book of business.
Napolitano has spent his career focused on creating complex insurance solutions for sophisticated clients as he started his career at Brown & Brown with a focus on captive’s business in the upper middle market where he grew a passion for alternative risk finance.
Over the next few months Napolitano will focus on creating a Captive vertical for AssuredPartners that will allow for national, regional and local resources to effectively support the growth in the captive’s space. This new role will report into Chief Revenue Officer, Ty Beba.
