Butler University risk and insurance professor rejoins Henriott Group after ten years

Henriott Group has rehired Zach Finn, the clinical professor and director of the Davey Risk Management and Insurance Programme at Butler University.

Finn will start at Henriott, the company he left in 2011 to join Butler University, on June 28. He was formerly a risk manager at the company, but it is not clear what his title will be when he returns.

Finn said he was proud of the hundreds of students and alumni that have been through the Davey Programme, which created the world’s first student built and run insurance company. The confluence of insurtech, the pandemic and talent shortage in the industry has created historic opportunities for innovation in industry, he explained, forcing him to take a position where he can be more directly involved.
