Mauro Dugulin to step down as CEO at MAXIS GBN

Mauro Dugulin will step down from his position as chief executive of MAXIS GBN from July 1 2020.

He will be replaced as chief executive by Mattieu Rouot, subject to regulatory approval. Rouot has sat on the MAXIS GBN supervisory board since 2016 and his appointment was unanimously endorsed by the MAXIS board.

Rouot has held various senior positions within AXA, including most recently as senior vice president of AXA international employee benefits. He was also a former head of investor relations at AXA Group.

Dugulin oversaw the official launch of the MAXIS joint venture, the move to its office in London and a period of growth. He will work with Rouot for the next two months to ensure a smooth handover.
