MAXIS GBN names regional manager for the UK and Ireland as business booms

MAXIS Global Benefits Network, an international employee benefits joint venture between MetLife and AXA, has named Aaron Brown as regional manager UK and Ireland, a new role.

Brown leads a team of seven employee benefits experts that work with strategic partners, including brokers, consultants and local member insurers, to develop employee benefit solutions for UK and Irish multinational companies.

The team has seen a 50 percent headcount growth in the past two years, amid growing demand for global employee benefits programmes, especially from multinationals.

Brown, who has been with the company since 2012, most recently as senior multinational account executive in the UK and Ireland business development team, reports to David Schupak, regional director for Western Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Before joining MAXIS GBN, Brown worked with MetLife Europe as multinational account manager, supporting the management of global relationships between MetLife and global corporate clients. He has also held roles with International Financial Advisory in Zurich and Skandia Investment Group.
