Michigan’s AF Specialty hire

Fronting services and captive solutions provider AF Specialty has appointed TJ Cappon as a senior commercial program manager.

Part of the Lansing, Michigan-based AG Group, AF Specialty serves insurance carriers, managing general agents, reinsurance intermediaries and captive managers seeking fronting facilities to place well-managed, turnkey commercial property and casualty programs.

Cappon joins after three years with PMA Companies, also based in the Grand Rapids area of Michigan. He was an account executive for speciality markets at the risk management business, which focuses on workers’ compensation and providing property and casualty insurance.
