RSG names president for its premium financing company

Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) has hired Anthony Hanes as president of Stetson Insurance Funding, which specialises in financing commercial and personal lines insurance premiums for the excess and surplus insurance lines industry.

Hanes focuses on developing RSG’s premium financing offerings to enhance its capabilities for the benefit of its brokerage client base and their insureds.

He joins RSG with three decades of experience in the finance industry. He was previously managing director of sales and marketing for National Partners PFco, a premium financing company based in Denver, before which he was chief operating officer for Budget Installment Corp.

Hanes said he intends to build Stetson into a leading national premium finance company. “RSG’s strategic direction and expansion will provide Stetson with limitless opportunities to assist our trading partners in achieving their growth objectives,” he said.

Seth Johnson, president of RT Binding, described Hanes as “a proven leader and finance professional” who will help make the business more efficient and cost effective.
