SRS snares new managing director in Cayman


Stephen Gray is set to join Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) in early 2020 as managing director, based in Cayman.

Gray was formerly at Willis Towers Watson Management (Cayman), where he was managing director and executive vice president. He was at Willis for 28 years, and in the Cayman captives market for 22.

He is also a former treasurer of the Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC), and a member of its executive committee.

Ron Sulisz, president of SRS International and a managing director of SRS Cayman, described Gray as a highly respected and senior member of the Cayman captive community.

Brady Young CEO and President of SRS, said: “We are investing in our infrastructure to support the servicing of our clients in Cayman and firmwide. This will provide a platform to improve the quality and efficiency of services for current clients but also allow us to accommodate future growth.”

Gray said: “I have known the team at SRS through our work with the IMAC and have a lot of respect for the business that they have built in Cayman.”
