VCIA to launch Philadelphia chapter

The Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) will be launching its Philadelphia chapter this April.

VCIA announced that it is launching its Philadelphia Chapter with a half-day summit bringing together captive owners, risk management professionals, service providers, and Vermont's regulatory leadership for an afternoon of real education, insightful insurance experiences from a variety of industries, and high-value networking.

The launch will be on Wednesday, April 15 and will start at 1pm with educational sessions at the offices of EY in Philadelphia, followed by at networking reception at 4.30pm at the Continental Mid-Town.

In a statement the VCIA said: “Whether you own a captive, advise clients who do, or have always been curious whether one makes sense for your organization — April 15 is the day to get in the room and gain better footing.”
