Walgreens Boots makes global risk promotion

Walgreens Boots Alliance has promoted Kelly Oyler to senior director of insurable risk for the group.

Oyler, who joined the company in 2017 from Kohl’s Department Stores, was previously senior manager of this unit.

She was a senior manager of risk management at Kohl’s Department Stores and has held senior roles at PETCO Animal Supplies and Generali Global Assistance.

In a LinkedIn post announcing her promotion, Oyler explained this will involve her expanding oversight from Walgreens to Boots and other parts of the corporation’s global reach.

She wrote: “I look forward to delivering the best global risk management, claims and insurance strategy possible all while strengthening existing relationships, building lasting partnerships and simplifying our work.”
