Willis Towers Watson appoints global captive MD

Willis Towers Watson has announced Nigel Goodlad has been appointed as the European regional managing director of its global captive practice.

Goodlad will continue to be based in Malta, where he has been managing director of the firm’s Malta-based captive consulting operations for the past four-and-a-half years.

“This is a tremendously exciting time – particularly with the successful completion of the merger of Willis Group Holdings and Towers Watson as well as our integration of Gras Savoye, the leading French insurance broker,”

“I will be looking to build on the success of the Malta office with a wider number of operations throughout Europe.

“We have in the pipeline a broad range of captive and niche insurer projects to work on as we deliver attractive risk financing solutions to our clients within the EU.”
