2026 Bermuda Focus goes live

Captive Review has launched our 2026 edition of our Bermuda Focus!

In this year’s edition we assembled an online panel to discuss why Bermuda has been a leader in the world of captives for many decades now – and you can read what happened in it in two features. 

We also take a look at where Bermuda sits in the captive insurance industry, a market that is getting increasingly crowded and competitive as new domiciles join and older ones like Cayman expand at speed.

We also have a snapshot of what makes Bermuda so unique by the island’s Premier, David Burt, who explains how insurance is so vital to the economy of Bermuda.

And as the Bermuda Captive Conference starts today, we take a look at how the conference has evolved in recent years, in the aftermath of Covid-19.
