Accelerant appoints new captive solutions VP

Heather Fink Graziani has been appointed as vice president, captive solutions at Accelerant

In a statement on LinkedIn where she announced her appointment she said: “After an incredible chapter building the captive practice at Starr from the ground up alongside amazing colleagues, clients, and trading partners (many now close friends), I’ve decided to take the next step in my career. I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Accelerant to help shape and grow its captive solutions!”

Prior to her new appointment she was AVP, Global Risk Management at Starr Insurance Companies from December 2020 until February 2026, based in Boston, Massachusetts. 

She previously worked for Beazley and before that for AIG, where she was first a financial lines underwriter in Philadelphia and then a client manager in Boston.
