CIC Services taps software provider to boost efficiencies in managed captives
CIC Services, a risk management consulting firm specialising in captive management, has selected software provider CHSI's core enterprise insurance management software to boost efficiencies within its operation and position the firm for growth.
The implementation of CHSI's software, Connections, will leverage its core enterprise modules for CIC Services’ 100-plus captives and affiliates currently under management.
It will implement Connections' policy, billing and customer relationship management with integration to a third-party claims administrator with the aim of creating a seamless process for managing insurance customers’ books of business.
Connections runs on Microsoft Azure cloud, and will be replacing offline, manual processing of policy management, underwriting, cancellations, renewals, billing and receivables.
“We understand the unique requirements of this special industry niche,” said Jim Leftwich, founder and CEO of CHSI Technologies, “and we are pleased to contribute to CIC’s short- and long-term growth.”
Nate Reznicek, director of operations at CIC Services, is evaluating the technology resources necessary to take on new projects and grow the business. “We are excited to see the efficiency gains Connections will provide so we can efficiently add new business, keep our operating costs low and focus on doing even more to improve on the services we provide to our clients,” he said.
