Strategic Risk Solutions expands into Barbados with acquisition

Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has expanded into Barbados through acquiring the operations of captive manager CGE Group.

All of CGE's staff will remain at the company, and the current CEO Chris Evans will continue to lead the Barbados operations.

SRS manages captives across three US business units, as well as in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and in Europe.

“We believe that Barbados is well suited to our captive management model, and establishing an operation in Barbados will allow us to expand our reach among North American captive owners, particularly in Canada,” said Brady Young, president and CEO of SRS.
