Bermuda Captive Network appoints new consultant to drive business development
The Bermuda Captive Network (BCN) has announced the appointment of Helen Souza (pictured) of Exordium as consultant to support its membership drive and business development initiatives.
According to the BCN Souza brings extensive experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and business development, paired with a deep understanding of Bermuda’s captive insurance sector. Over the course of her career, Souza has worked directly with captive owners and industry stakeholders through her roles at HSBC and the Bermuda Business Development Agency (BDA). She has also represented Bermuda internationally, participating in roadshows and industry events to promote the Island as a leading captive domicile. She has also been a speaker at local industry events and is the chair of the Bermuda Captive Conference Agenda Committee.
