Bowhead Specialty hires Dorneker from IronHealth

Lainie Dorneker, the former head of IronHealth, part of Liberty Mutual-owned Ironshore, has taken a new role at Bowhead Specialty, where she joins as head of healthcare.

Dorneker worked at IronHealth for three years. Before that, she was a senior vice president COO and custom accounts product manager at Ironshore for eight years. Before that, she spent six years at Zurich North America.

Bowhead Specialty provides risk evaluation and related services for professional liability coverages including Directors & Officers, Management Liability, Errors & Omissions and Casualty lines. It is backed by capital partners including Gallatin Point Capital and American Family Mutual Insurance Company.
