Caitlin Gibson launches Stalwart Captive Management
Caitlin Gibson (pictured) has announced that after nearly eight years in the captive industry, she is excited to share that she’s started her own firm — Stalwart Captive Management.
In a statement on LinkedIn she said that: “This next chapter would not be possible without the experiences I’ve gained and, more importantly, the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to meet and work with along the way. I’m deeply grateful for the mentors, colleagues, and clients who have shaped my journey. Looking forward to building on that foundation as I begin this new endeavour.”
Gibson was previously vice president, client team leader at Marsh McLennan from September 2024 until August 2025.
Before that she worked for Davies for four and a half years, first as a senior accountant from January 2020 to July 2023, and then as an accounting manager from July 2023 until August 2024.
She is based in the greater Cleveland area of Ohio.
