Captive Resources updates P&C leadership structure

Captive Resources has announced a number of new appointments within the leadership team of its property & casualty business.

JP Boulus has been named the new chief executive of the P&C business. He was formerly president of P&C, and now leads the business at the highest level, holding executive responsibility for overall department strategy, operational excellence, and financial performance.

In addition, Philip Cameron has been appointed president of P&C captive consulting. Cameron will oversee the captive executive team and provide executive leadership of the captive portfolio as well as oversight of managing directors.

And Rani Christie has been named chief growth officer, P&C, leading business development strategy and broker partnerships, along with oversight of the business development executives.

Captive Resources also announced the appointments of Jim Furio, Matt Atkinson, Dan Hahn and Andrew Vernon as managing directors.

The appointments build on recent updates to the Captive Resources executive committee, which saw John Pontin step up to president of the firm.

“Under JP’s leadership, P&C is poised to strengthen its position as the market leader in the group captive space,” said Pontin. “Brokers and members can expect faster communication, stronger relationships, and a team that is fully aligned around serving them at the highest level.”
