Chair - HCIC

Matt is the Chief Operating Officer of Beecher Carlson’s Hawaii office, and he supervises the company’s captive operations for the western United States. Matt has over 15 years of experience working with captive insurance companies.

Chair - HCIC Marketing Committee

Paul is an attorney and a shareholder of the Honolulu law firm of Char Hamilton Yoshida & Shimomoto. Paul's law practice focuses on the representation of captive insurance companies with client from all over the US and Japan. He has achieved the highest rating of “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbel, has been nationally recognized as a “Top Rated Lawyer” in Insurance Law by the American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel Magazines.
