Holmes Murphy hire to boost digital developments
Independent insurance broker Holmes Murphy has appointed Jeffrey Austin White as chief analytics officer to lead its digital transformation.
He will “work to increase emphasis on innovation and data intelligence, helping to drive the company’s potential and performance for clients”, the company said. White will be responsible for defining and driving analytics and business intelligence initiatives, including assessing the current state of data and analytics capabilities, developing an analytics strategy, and leveraging innovations in artificial intelligence, it added.
He will also identify opportunities for BrokerTech Ventures (BTV), the broker-led accelerator program focused on delivering innovation in insurance broking.
White joins from Gallagher Bassett, where he was a senior vice president and product manager for workers compensation. He was responsible for advanced analytics, digital technologies, and product development for the company’s global operations.
White has also previously held roles with innovative insurance solutions provider AF Group, the Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, Food and Drug Administration and Environmental Protection Agency.
