Hylant names new captive account manager

Hylant has appointed Adam McDade (pictured) as captive account manager, effective immediately. 

McDade said on LinkedIn that he will help support and grow customised insurance solutions tailored to clients’ unique risk profiles. In this role, he will work closely with captive owners, brokers, and service providers to ensure seamless program administration, compliance, and long-term strategic success.

McDade previously worked as a financial analyst at the South Carolina Department of Insurance from July 2023 to July 2025, based in Charleston County, South Carolina, United States.

Prior to that he worked for the Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company for seven years, from 2016 to 2023. He started as a customer service representative in July 2016 and was a life consultant when he left the company in June 2023.

He previously worked for BancorpSouth from 2012 to 2016, starting as a teller and then becoming a personal banker.
