MAXIS GBN bolsters business development with senior hires in EMEA and APAC

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) has appointed Alexandre Rizk and Nannecy Dulin to Director positions within its global business development team.

Rizk has been promoted to director – global relationship management, effective 1 August 2025. He moves on from his role as account executive in MAXIS GBN’s Western Europe, Middle East and Africa (WEMEA) inbound Business Development team.

In his new role, Rizk will oversee MAXIS GBN’s inbound business development strategy in EMEA and the Americas, helping MAXIS network members win and retain business with multinationals that have a MAXIS global programme. He will also work closely with Paul Lewis, MAXIS GBN’s chief business development officer, to manage relationships with key global and regional brokers and consultants.

Rizk said: “I’m delighted to be taking on this new role and look forward to using the experience I’ve gained over the past decade to reach new heights with my colleagues in the inbound business development team.

“Global employee benefits is a people business and building strong relationships is key to success. I’m excited to continue building successful partnerships with our wonderful network and intermediaries so we can support our shared clients.”

Dulin has been appointed regional director – APAC (Asia-Pacific), effective 1 September 2025. She joins MAXIS GBN from Mercer Marsh Benefits where she held the role of account director, global benefits management. Nannecy will lead MAXIS GBN’s APAC business development team with responsibility for both outbound and inbound business development strategies in the region.

Dulin commented: “It’s fantastic to be joining MAXIS GBN at such an exciting time of growth and opportunities. I’m looking forward to using my experience in APAC to bring strategic insights and a client-focused mindset to support our regional ambitions. I’m excited to start working with the talented team at MAXIS and to contribute to expanding our presence and delivering exceptional value to our clients across the region.”

Both will report to Lewis. On the appointments, Paul Lewis said: “Alexandre has been instrumental to the success of our inbound business development team over the years and I’m delighted to see him stepping up into this role. I’m confident that he’ll do an excellent job of leading the team, using his unique blend of relationship building skills and technical acumen to achieve brilliant results.

“I’m also pleased to welcome Nannecy to the team. Her vast expertise across APAC – as both an insurer and an intermediary – will be a huge asset to our business development team and I’m excited to see the impact she can make in the region.”

Rizk has worked in the global employee benefits (EB) industry for almost 10 years, with experience across underwriting and business development. He started his career in MAXIS GBN’s Underwriting team in London before moving to Paris and joining its WEMEA inbound business development team in 2020.

Dulin has over 15 years’ leadership experience in the global employee benefits industry, having worked for both global insurers and brokers across commercial strategy and client management. She has worked on many complex EB programmes across the APAC region and has been responsible for managing relationships with benefits networks.
