MSH, a subsidiary of Diot-Siaci has launched Elucin – Captive EB Services, a new Luxembourg-based entity exclusively dedicated employee benefits captives.
The company said that captives used to be reserved for finance divisions and risk managers but added that they’ve now become strategic for HR managers and enable organisations to optimise the financing of employee benefits whilst enhancing their value for employees.
It also said that Elucin will support multinationals at every stage, from assessing opportunities to optimising mature captive programs.
MSH has appointed Sven Roelandt and Zulu Khan to lead this new entity.
Roelandt has more than 20 years’ experience in Employee Benefits and has worked at Zurich Insurance, Insurope SC/CV, Generali Employee Benefits - GEB and Aon, where he founded and led the global captive business.
Khan brings solid expertise in underwriting, gained with insurers, captive administrators and brokers, including AXA and Granite Management Limited.
Both will directly report to Frédéric Grand, Employee Benefits Global Practice Lead of Diot-Siaci and MSH chief executive.
