New captive insurance director starts at Larson Gross

Kim Dietrich-Suggs has announced that she has been appointed captive insurance director at Larson Gross.

In a statement on LinkedIn she said: “I’m excited to share that I’ve started a new position with Larson Gross. With 20 years of experience in captive insurance management and 14 years in public accounting, I’m looking forward to bringing my experience together in this next chapter of my career. 

“I’m especially excited to join a team that recognizes the opportunities for growth in the captive insurance industry and is committed to expanding its services in this space. I look forward to working with my new colleagues, building relationships with clients and industry partners, and helping grow the firm’s captive insurance practice.”

Dietrich-Suggs was previously senior captive insurance manager at Elevate Risk Solutions from September 2025 to October 2026.

Prior to that she was director, risk management at Ryan, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, from February 2014 until Sep 2025.

She was risk pool manager at Artex Risk Solutions from July 2006 until Jan 2014.
