Alera Group acquires EB firm offering captive reinsurance programmes

Insurance agency Alera Group has acquired Bailey & Company Benefits Group, and employee benefits firm based in Ohio.

Bailey & Company provides employee benefit programmes and has particular expertise in private exchanges, partially self-funded benefit plans, and captive-based reinsurance programmes.

Grant Bailey, managing partner of Bailey & Company, and his team will join Alera Group's national employee benefit platform.
