Aon appoints new managing director

Fionnuala Delahunty has been appointed managing director at Aon, based in New York.

She joined Aon in July 2022 as senior vice president and senior account executive for large complex corporations, a previous risk manager and broker with success in building global insurance solutions across geographies. Aon said that she has a wealth of expertise in negotiation to find cost-effective and robust solutions for clients in global dynamic businesses.

She was previously director of risk management at Honeywell from May 2011 to July 2022.

Before that she was an executive assistant at PocketKings in Dublin.
