Aon strengthens its US healthcare practice with three hires

Aon has made three senior hires to its national healthcare practice in the US.

Audrey Greening joins as chief broking officer in Washington, DC. She has more than three decades of experience in the industry, most recently focusing on developing risk financing solutions for her suite of clients.

Greening leads the national team of healthcare brokers and drives strategic initiatives to increase innovation. She returns to Aon after holding several leadership positions at Gallagher and Integro.

Heather McClure joins as chief risk advisor for Aon’s healthcare practice in Dallas. She specialises in legal issues in the healthcare space, having most recently served as the chief risk officer of OU Health at the University of Oklahoma where she was responsible for the combined operations of the risk, claims and insurance divisions for all entities of the health system.

David Eiermann becomes a professional liability broker in Tampa. He most recently worked at Berkley Health, where he was vice president and senior underwriter, before which he was employed by Aon as a broker.

Greening argued the healthcare sector has transformed. “Clients are demanding creative risk financing solutions, backed by data and analytics, to meet their complex risks and strategic priorities,” she said.

Martha Jacobs, Aon’s national healthcare practice leader, said the hires “demonstrate Aon’s commitment to attract professionals with impeccable credentials, strong backgrounds and diverse perspectives to further drive unique thought and innovation in the healthcare industry.”
