Aon strengthens its US managed care reinsurance practice
Aon has hired a new managing director to strengthen its managed care team within its US reinsurance solutions business.
Tasha Barbour joins Aon’s managed care team from PartnerRe, where she was chief business development and marketing officer. She has also worked at Swiss Re, GE Insurance and KPMG.
She takes up her new post in Kansas City, Missouri, and focuses on new business development. She brings innovative reinsurance and stop-loss solutions to support a variety of managed care organisations nationally.
In her new role Barbour supports Aon’s evolving healthcare market opportunities, such as those focused on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) innovation programmes. She reports to Christina Mendez, Aon’s national managed care reinsurance practice leader.
