Artex names North America captive director

Artex Risk Solutions has promoted Michelle Bittick to the role of captive director, North America, based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

Bittick has 12 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector, and has been with Artex for over five years - joining in 2012 as a programme manager. She most recently served as assistant captive director, North America.

During her time at Artex, Bittick has managed has managed two of the firm's captive programmes, and has been heavily involved in the launch of various new products.

Prior to Artex, she was a workes compensation account manager at Izzo Insurance Services, and before that served as an insurance specialist at State Farm Agent.
