Bachman rejoins Elevate in operations and legal role

Elevate Risk Solutions, the captive manager and consultant, has rehired a former employee as managing director of operations and legal.

Cassie Bachman was previously Elevate’s managing director of compliance but took a brief hiatus to grow her professional legal experience abroad. She has served in the captive industry for many years, having originally come from the international law sector.

Bachman has worked with both government agencies and private industry and holds a Juris Doctorate and Associate in captive compliance, among other designations.

Jerry Messick, Elevate’s chief executive officer, praised Bachman’s depth of experience and knowledge.

Bachman added: “Working with this team has reinforced the importance of policies and procedures, client communications, and due diligence, especially in our industry. These, among others, are all things I have grown to understand and greatly appreciate.”
