CICA appeals for board nominations

The Captive Insurance Companies Association’s nominating committee has opened nominations for the CICA Board of Directors.

Serving on the CICA Board provides an opportunity to help shape the future of the organisation and further develop how CICA serves its members and the captive industry.

CICA stated that along with a willingness to contribute time and talent, nominees must meet the following requirements:

·  Be a current captive owner, manager or service provider member

·  Attend two in-person meetings and two conference call meetings on an annual basis

·  Be willing to serve a three-year term (with eligibility to serve one additional three-year term)

This year CICA has two open seats, with a nomination deadline of December 31, 2023.
