FORTY under 40 nominations are now closed

Nominations for Captive International’s FORTY under 40 survey have now closed following an overwhelming response from the industry. No more submissions will be accepted.

The project has been designed to celebrate the best and brightest up-and-coming talent in the industry – the individuals tipped to become the true leaders of the captives sector globally in the future.

More than 400 nominations were received in total, featuring more than 150 talented individuals. A stellar panel of judges representing all corners of the industry has now been tasked with scoring the nominations to establish who makes the final list, set to be published in June.

This is the first time Captive International has completed this project. But it will not be the last. We plan to publish such a list every year now. That means that those that do not make the 2023 cut, may well feature next year.

Robin Johnson, publisher of Captive International, said: “We’ve been overwhelmed with submitted nominations, with hundreds of names being sent to us, along with reasons why the people nominated deserve a place on our list.

“We’d like to thank our readers for rising to the challenge of nominating the great and good within their companies and the wider captive insurance world for our survey. We couldn’t have completed this great project without your input.

“The nominations are now being collated and organised and will be sent on to our judging panel, who include some of the leading names in the industry.

“Our final 40 Under FORTY list will then be published in June, so stay alert for further developments!”
