Jopari Solutions hires captive specialist in sales role

Jopari Solutions, the healthcare technology provider focused on the workers' compensation and auto medical markets, has appointed Tom McCarthy as vice president of sales.

McCarthy has over 30 years of experience in risk management and Insurance, with a focus on workers’ compensation. He still holds his agent license and has working experience of both offshore captives and specialty niche programs and standard lines insurance.

He works with Steve Stevens, chairman and CEO, and the executive management team, to lead Jopari's sales team, and is responsible for developing, modifying and executing strategic sales processes.

Jopari provides payments and compliance technology systems. McCarthy said: "The marketplace is starting to realise how vital our products can be to maintaining a competitive advantage as they face increasing pressure on their P&L statements.”
