MAXIS GBN unveils three new dashboards as part of upgrade to OneClient portal

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN), the international employee benefits network, has launched new interactive health and wellness reporting tools for its multinational clients. MAXIS GBN unveiled two interactive dashboards – the OneWorld Visual and the COVID-19 Dashboard - as well as an interactive version of its Paid Claims report.

All three offerings are available as part of a wider upgrade to the OneClient portal and are intended to offer multinationals greater insights into their global employee benefits programmes. MAXIS GBN also strengthened security for OneClient, creating new accounts for prospective clients, a new fast-tracked user setup with no waiting time for approval and a feedback survey.

OneWorld Visual allows multinationals to visualise and track the performance of all their medical employee benefits schemes in one place. It allows human resources and employee benefits professionals to focus on countries with distinct claims patterns such as rising medical trends, increased cost drivers, overutilisation of a benefit or increased incidence of a certain disease, MAXIS GBN said.

The COVID-19 Dashboard illustrates the effect of the pandemic on medical claims, allowing employers to easily identify trends and the specific impact of COVID-19 on costs and their employees’ health. It includes data on COVID-19 complications, presentations, immunisation trends, long COVID cases and more.

The Paid Claims Dashboard is an upgraded and more interactive version of the previous Excel-based version of the report, featuring improved data visualisations and access to more information about medical claims.

Leena Johns, head of health and wellness at MAXIS GBN, said it had designed the new products to be as intuitive as possible, pointing to significant demand for insights to better understand the impact of COVID on claims in particular.

“The dashboards mean employers can have more insightful conversations about medical claims, see how they break down in each country and easily understand their biggest cost drivers,” she said.

Johns said MAXIS GBN is committed to investing in new technologies and digital solutions to ensure it continues to deliver the best data and insights to its clients.

MAXIS GBN was co-founded by MetLife and AXA. It works in partnership with 250+ multinational clients, including over 50 captives, to deliver risk management services and solutions. With approximately 140 local insurance carriers with specialist capabilities in over 120 markets, its local insurers currently provide cover for over 4.4 million employees worldwide.
